Different ways you can talk to us
You can talk to us in many different ways; our online surveys; emailing our feedback address; attending one of our feedback sessions; comment on our Facebook or Instagram posts; being part of the team as a parent rep - and the list goes on. Below are the current surveys we have running. The responses are read regularly by our team and collated for our quarterly meetings to share your feedback with the partnership. All feedback is anonymised and any identifying information removed. We don't collect any information that could link you with your feedback, so if you'd like to share a more personal message please email us.
Your birth experience
Tell us your story - this will ask you about your birthing experience, how prepared you felt and whether you had the birth that you wanted. We'll also ask about your experience after birth and any care or support you received. If this doesn't fit your experience you can always email us or reach out on social media.
We know a journey which includes neonatal care can make these other surveys seem lacking. We've coproduced a survey bespoke to our Babies on Buscot.
