I gave birth to my daughter at RBH at the end of Covid. After having a mixed experience at RBH with various teams during the whole pregnancy, labour and recovery, I feel like I would like to be part the change that brings more consistent service to the parents and babies. In my day job, I manage project operations and teams, so I can offer blend of technical and people skills. I am also native Polish, so particularly happy to support parents from Poland and those who are not native to UK, as I can empathise with their experiences of giving birth in a "different" country.
