Emma Ross
Finance & Operations Lead
I’m really excited to be joining the Maternity and Neonatal Voices Partnership. I’ve had all three of my children at the Royal Berkshire Hospital, with my youngest arriving earlier this year, so I’ve experienced several areas of maternity care first-hand, including time in Buscot. I actually completed an MNVP survey in the past without realising how much meaningful work sits behind it, and now that I understand the difference MNVP makes, I’m thrilled to be involved.
As a Virtual Assistant, I’ve spent the past five years supporting a variety of businesses with social media, marketing, budgets, and day-to-day operational tasks, helping them stay organised and giving them more time to focus on what they do best. I’m really looking forward to applying these skills to the MNVP so the team can continue supporting families and enhancing maternity and neonatal services.
I feel motivated and passionate about the work MNVP does and I’m looking forward to supporting the team and contributing to the positive impact they create.
