I had my two children at RBH both via c-section. I come at the role both from personal experience and my scientific background where I researched the biological mechanisms of preterm birth. I joined the MNVP after finding the process of feeding back my first experience very therapeutic and because of my desire for other people's voices to be heard so that services can continually improve.

Joining in the middle of the pandemic has meant I have been able to witness how quickly feedback from the community can be incorporated into practice
